A lot of context seems to have been lost when criticism is levelled against renewal energy, and we should also remember that 100 years ago there were no massive electrical distribution grids – they all had to be built from scratch (as were railways and roads), but that was not a reason for not adopting electricity for homes and industries.
The tipping point has been reached and it’s now really a question of how and when legacy industries get transitioned, not to happen overnight, but a start needs to be made.
