Remote Working could lose foreign students their US visas, and office park rentals lose business

Which all on the face of it sounds ‘bad’ as it’s lost business, but in reality this is the world moving forward. Many old industries suffered because of progress. Do we hold the world back for progress – usually the answer is ‘no’ and businesses must adapt.

The positive side means foreign students do not have to travel long periods to be away from home, they save travel costs, and for businesses renting in business parks their costs to do business can be less, which can benefit consumers too, not to mention workers themselves having more flexibility and not sitting in rush hour traffic (with unhealthy emissions).

As always with change there are some short term losers, but the majority gain in the longer run.
