A Glossary For The Fediverse – A searchable glossary Focused on Social Media in the Fediverse and Federated Networks
A federated social network is a collection of different servers/instances/pods, often running different social networks, which allows users to follow and interact with those elsewhere in the network (my own definition).
But this is a useful glossary if you ever wondered what ActivityPub, Atom, FunkWhale, Hubzilla, Mastodon, Matrix, OStatus, etc means.
