Leyton Orient’s Twitter team have started a mega FIFA 20 tournament with a number of clubs around the world entering the impromptu event.
With football around the world postponed at the weekend due to the coronavirus outbreak, club social media accounts were getting imaginative without games to follow, taking part in FIFA matches and noughts and crosses battles.
Now, with the suspension of the Premier League and EFL until April 3 at least, Orient have taken it upon themselves to start a 128-team FIFA 20 tournament, with clubs including Manchester City, Brentford and Derby County all set to take part.
Seems the football clubs are also getting in on the esports action around the world now.
