How To Split Ubuntu Between HDD & SSD
I've done something similar with my Manjaro Linux, and this is well worth doing as the SSD boots a lot quicker. Also if you Home partition is on a separate drive it is also a lot easier doing distro upgrades whilst the data stays in place.
