Apple will soon let you pass on your iCloud data when you die, but seems contacts need to have an Apple device and a death certificate to use it

So finally Apple catches up to Google, Facebook, and others offering this essential choice. But typically Apple, they make it a bit more difficult, and anyone receiving this key requires an Apple device to receive and use it.

I just think Google’ s solution is a lot slicker and easier and only activates when you stop responding to prompts, and allows anyone you have nominated to easily login and get documents, photos, etc online without requiring an Android phone or Chromebook.

So in my case, neither my wife nor daughter can even use this.
