The screenshot below is a measure of the solar energy consumed by battery storage, as well as usage since July 2019. It is measured by the solar regulator, which sends power to the batteries. This includes a Summer as well as Winter cycle.
Unfortunately what is not seen, are the periods where the batteries are fully recharged, and the actual usage is low as the excess power goes to waste as my battery capacity is not large enough to store it (I have 12 x 100Ah batteries of which generally 45% is usable). On a goodish Summer day, there is easily 16 kWh generated from the 8 x 330W Canadian Solar panels, as often the actual power generated actually exceeds the 330W rating of each panel.
Just think without this installation this energy just bleeds off to nowhere off the roof of my house…. wasted.
