This video shows the different types of scanning that is possible with this radio including the visual view of the band. Scanning is an important function for ham radio operators whether in the shack or mobile so it serves as a sort of benchmark to compare with other radios. I’ve had good solid radios only to find their scan functions were very far from intuitive to use (like three obscure menu levels deep).
