Pan-Tilt IP Camera for a Raspberry Pi for the cost of a Pi plus $29
It's not ready to be used as any outdoor compact security cam (yet), but shows what can be done with so little and it could have interesting applications indoors in warehouses etc. Quite a clever hack too to convert the Pi's digital output to analogue to control the servos.
