Place Names in the Cederberg Mountains in South Africa
We’re heading out to the Cederberg in about two weeks to do a hike to Disa Pool (weather permitting) and in doing some research on the route, I found this interesting blog listing all sorts of interesting place names in the Cederberg, right down to interesting rocks, paintings, ruins, and even a mummified corpse.
Below is a photo of the pool we will be hopefully reaching…. it is about a 16km round trip but at least fairly flat.
