This is not an official app provided by either Microsoft themselves nor The Document Foundation (who develops the application). If you want to contribute to the LibreOffice development rather do so at their website. It is also always best to source LibreOffice directly from Linux repos or from the LibreOffice website at https://www.libreoffice.org/. LibreOffice remains free to use and its always better to rather donate money to the official project to keep their great work going.
