Magic Charging Switch – Automatically pauses/resumes charging at set time intervals and/or % levels to extend battery lifespan
An Android app for rooted phones. I've not actually tried it but it has an interesting approach to claiming to extend battery life (based on the premise that constant and prolonged charging at 100% will wear the battery). It installs easily under Magisk.
Description
– Automatically pauses/resumes charging at set time intervals and/or % levels to extend battery lifespan.
– Battery stats are reset on pause (doesn't work on all devices).
– Install, reboot, configure and forget — or simply install, reboot and forget if you're fine with the default settings (pause at 90%; resume at 10%).
