I was reminded of this app yesterday when my wife messaged me on it as she had run out of pre-paid call time and urgently needed a top-up sent over the air – she could still reach me using Moya.
Yes, no app for iPhone and you do need to be on one of these networks, and you cannot send attachments or voice notes on zero data.
