Briar Desktop is now available for download for Linux and Windows operating systems. For Linux, they provide .deb and .jar files (and I found a Flatpak version in AUR too) and for Windows there’s an .msi file.
They intend to support macOS in the future but are still working on this. So the big missing piece now really is for iOS.
The link below also lists some features that are still missing from the desktop version compared to the Android version.
