XSplit VCam is a genius app that removes your background without the use of a green screen. Whether you’re joining virtual meetings, live streaming video games, or recording a vlog, XSplit VCam replaces your background with an image or webpage. You’re given the option to upload JPEGs, GIFs, or PNGs for the background of your choosing, and it transforms your webcam to a DSLR thanks to its adjustable blur slider. Best of all, it works with just about every video chat application you could possibly use, including Skype, Slack, Zoom, Discord, and Open Broadcaster Software (OBS).
The downsides are it is a paid app unless you opt to have the watermark present which means you can use it for free, and it appears to be Windows OS only. But for many working from home with a cluttered room like I have (or when you should actually be somewhere else with a different background), this could be quite useful.
